Safety operation procedures of ultrasonic flotation and degreasing device in mineral processing plant

Safety operation procedures of ultrasonic flotation and degreasing device in mineral processing plant

    1 Scope

This regulation specifies the safe operation contents and requirements of ultrasonic air flotation.

This procedure is applicable to the ultrasonic air flotation and degreasing work in the wet smelting workshop.

2 content

1. Before you go to work, you must wear protective helmets, overalls, protective shoes, protective gloves, protective glasses and other labor insurance products.

2. Check that the equipment is normal, and confirm that the ultrasonic chamber of the air flotation device and the liquid level in the air float chamber are near the overflow position, and the overflow grid is opened. Confirm that the compressed air pressure is normal (greater than 0.3Mpa).

3. Start the lifting pump and open the valve connecting the pipe with the sand filter. Start the dissolved gas pump, open the inlet valve of the dissolved gas pump, close the outlet valve of the dissolved gas pump, and slightly open the cooling water valve of the dissolved air pump to confirm that there is cooling water flowing out.

4. Open the valve of the dissolved gas tank to the air float chamber, open the exhaust valve of the dissolved gas tank, and close the exhaust valve after the gas is discharged from the exhaust valve.

5. Start the dissolved gas pump and slowly open the outlet valve of the dissolved gas pump. When the pressure in the dissolved gas tank reaches 0.2Mp, open the gas supply valve of the dissolved gas tank. Adjust the air supply valve to make the solution in the air float chamber full of tiny bubbles.

6. Start the ultrasonic wave and slowly open and adjust the air supply valve in the ultrasonic chamber so that the air supply pressure in the ultrasonic chamber is 0.3-0.6Mpa.

7. Liquid supply: Open the liquid supply valve, start the reverse extraction pump, and supply the liquid to the ultrasonic air floatation and degreasing device.

8, running

8.1 Check whether the pump and other equipment are operating normally.

8.2 Check the permeability of the sand filter to ensure good overcurrent.

8.3. Check if the air float chamber is full of tiny bubbles. If the bubble is too large, close the gas supply valve of the small dissolved gas tank. If there are too few bubbles, open the gas supply valve.

8.4. Check the pressure inside the dissolved gas tank, which should be between 0.2 and 0.3Mpa. If it is too small, adjust the small dissolved gas tank

If the outlet valve is too large, open the large gas tank outlet valve.

8.5. Check the supply pressure of the ultrasonic chamber, which should be between 0.3 and 0.6Mpa.

8.6. Check the liquid level change in the buffer chamber and adjust the valve connected to the sand filter.

8.7. Check the oil slick in the advection chamber. If there is a lot of oil slick, insert the overflow sluice plate, the liquid level rises so that the slick oil all flows into the oil storage tank, and then the liquid discharge ram is pulled out. After the oil storage tank is full, the organic transfer pump is started, and the oil pump is processed to the three phases.

9. Shutdown: stop the liquid supply--stop the stripping cycle--close the liquid supply valve of the ultrasonic air flotation de-oil device--stop

Stop the ultrasonic wave ( wait for about 5 minutes) -- Turn off the ultrasonic indoor air supply valve -- Stop the dissolved gas pump -- Close the gas supply valve of the dissolved gas tank -- Adjust the outlet valve of the dissolved gas tank to the slightly open position, and then immediately turn off the dissolved gas pump -- Open the exhaust valve of the dissolved gas tank, close the exhaust valve after the gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe--open the outlet valve of the dissolved gas tank and the outlet valve of the dissolved gas pump--close the inlet and outlet valves of the dissolved gas pump and the valve of the cooling water--close to the sand Pipeline valve for the filter.

10, common fault handling: stop gas, water stop, power failure, operate the relevant valves in the order of shutdown.

11. Tour the inspection of the operation of the pressure vessel and the pump, and do a good job of shifting the class.
