Injection machine common fault analysis

Guidance: Shotcreting machines have made great contributions to the construction industry and the construction of public facilities. Shotcreting machines have reduced the concentration of dust at the side of the machine and at the nozzle, improved the working environment for workers, and improved the efficiency of operations.

Shotcreting machine is generally used in mines, tunnels, culverts, subways, hydropower projects, underground engineering and shotcrete construction of mine roadway in coal mines. The machine can be used for tidal jets, as well as dry jets and individual fiber jets. Operation, various industrial furnaces, refractory lining refractories coating or repair, various slope protection and greening, soil transportation and injection.
Common faults and solutions:
Spray machine running wind
Operation: 4 clamps should be tightened evenly, run wind near the clamp, make a little more force, or replace the rubber friction plate
2. The sprayer is blocked by the rotor, the discharge elbow is blocked, and the blasting pipe is blocked.
Operation: a. When the feed pipe is blocked, the machine should be stopped, the air valve closed, the feed pipe removed from the elbow, the air valve open, and the rotor's stock is blown out.
b. Stop the rotation of the machine and close the air-line valve. If the discharge elbow is blocked, the pipeline shall be dismantled and the elbows and rotor cavity shall be cleaned to reduce the water-cement ratio of the mixture.
c. Stop the motor and air supply line. If the rotor is blocked, remove the air inlet pipe and the upper air pipe, and clean the rotor material chamber with a brush.
d. Replace large section air ducts and replace large capacity air compressors.
Sprayer operation should have correct process specification to reduce failure during use
1. The standard sequence of power on operation: water supply → open pressure air → open sprayer → adjust air pressure, water pressure → loading material → spray;
2. Normal shutdown operation sequence: stop loading → stop spraying machine → turn off water → stop the wind.
3. When clogging occurs during shotcreting, stop immediately, turn off the water, and finally stop the wind for treatment
