What is the lack of recycling of used tires in China?

A few days ago, China’s “Belt and Road” international seminar on used tire equipment and industry was held in Tiantai County, Zhejiang Province.

Tire World Net noted that at the meeting, a series of cooperation agreements were signed with respect to tire manufacturers, tire equipment manufacturers, tire related agencies, and research institutes.

Multi-party cooperation

Tire World Network learned that the cooperation reached at this meeting includes:

China Circular Economy Association and Qingdao Rubber Valley Productivity Promotion Center Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement;

Zhejiang Lingzheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Zhongce Rubber Group Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Green Gold People Rubber & Plastics High-tech Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to establish a tripartite strategic partnership.

Zhejiang Lingzheng Company signed a technical cooperation agreement with the Material Institute of Beijing University of Chemical Technology.

Cao Qingxin, Secretary-General of the Comprehensive Rubber Waste Utilization Branch of the China Rubber Industry Association, believes that this series of cooperation shows that the comprehensive reuse of used tires is attracting more and more attention from relevant companies, institutions and even the whole society.

It is understood that with the rapid development of the automotive industry, China has now become the world's largest producer of used tires.

The data shows that China's annual production of used tires and used rubber is rapidly increasing at a rate of 8% to 10%, becoming a new type of pollution that cannot be ignored.

According to incomplete statistics, in 2015, the amount of used tires for automobiles in China was around 330 million, and the weight reached 12 million tons.

Urgent need for full industry chain participation

“According to the current situation, the reuse of used tires is no longer a matter of a certain company or industry. Only the participation of the entire industry chain can promote the healthy development of this industry.”

A professional told the Tire World Network.

It is reported that in the comprehensive utilization of waste tires and waste rubber, rubber powder is an internationally recognized method for harmless processing and utilization of waste tires.

However, most of the factories that currently manufacture rubber powder in China are small enterprises, which have the disadvantages of low efficiency, high energy consumption, and short tool life. The quality of the produced rubber powder is poor and it is difficult to meet the needs of downstream companies.

Therefore, although 70% of waste tire rubber is recycled, it still cannot fill the gap in China's rubber resources.

There are even many small businesses that, in violation of relevant state regulations, use waste tires to produce inferior rubber oil, causing serious air and land pollution.

People concerned believe that if breakthroughs are to be made in the recycling of waste tires and used rubber, it is imperative to promote the participation of powerful institutions and companies.

The series of cooperation reached at this seminar may be a good start.

The parties that signed the agreement are not only the tire production enterprises in China, but also technologically advanced equipment manufacturing enterprises, as well as enterprise institutions and institutions with strong professional capabilities.

This participation in the whole industry chain may be the worst missing rubber recycling over the years.

Cao Qingxin believes that full-scale industrial cooperation will greatly improve the technical level of disposing of used tires and used rubber, which will help the industry to reach a new level.

It is reported that the purpose of holding this seminar is precisely to implement the national "13th Five-Year Plan" to vigorously develop circular economy planning requirements.

At the same time, it will promote the development of a green recycling industry for the comprehensive utilization of used tires in China, and explore the international development path for recycling rubber recycling economy and technology equipment.

Steel Ball

According to different materials, Steel Ball can be divided into bearing steel, stainless steel ball, steel ball, copper bearing steel ball, such as the bearing steel ball is the important foundation of industrial components, steel ball bearings used on precision bearing industrial and living fields has a long history and more widely used, and arguably most have turn the place there is the existence of the steel ball, steel ball commonly known as steel ball, the ball. Steel balls are widely used in bearings, hardware, electronics, wrought iron, mechanical equipment, electric power, mining, metallurgy and other fields.
