Maersk Increases China-Australia Route

It is reported that Maersk will add a service to Central China/South China-Australia via the newly opened China-Australia Route through COSCO and Australia. The route is linked to Ningbo, Shanghai, Xiamen, Shekou, Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and other ports, and a total of six 5800 TEU ships were invested. The addition of Maersk will enable the use of 10 passengers on this route. In addition to COSCO and Australia’s national shipping companies, the remaining eight carriers include: Maersk, Mail, Mitsui, and Kawasaki Steamboat, Orient Overseas, and Venus Steamship (company), Evergreen, and Honghai Shipping.
