Vehicles with self-dumping devices should check the handle of the dumper according to the requirements of the instructions and place it in a separate position.

After smart startup check, turn on the fuel switch and turn on the oil circuit. After the engine is started, it should be run at a low speed for 3 to 5 minutes so that the water temperature can rise to about 50°C to start walking.

Adjustment and adjustment of newly purchased agricultural vehicles must be completed after normal operation. The running road requires a small gradient, the road surface is flat, the load is light to heavy, and the use of gears is performed from low to high. Each gear position must be run in, and the common gears should be run in more frequently. During the running-in period, the clutch, brake, and other working devices should be consciously used for a certain period of time. At the same time pay attention to the working conditions of each part and make necessary adjustments to the parts that need to be adjusted.

After the oil change is completed, all oil must be cleaned and replaced. Oil changing steps and methods are: first replace the engine oil, after parking, heat release gearbox, rear axle housing gear oil, and add the appropriate amount of diesel, use low gear for 2 to 3 minutes. Then wash and clean the diesel used for cleaning, and finally add the corresponding new lubricant to each part.
