(1) The vibrational amplitude of clay accumulation is too small, and it is difficult to sieve under the condition of polymer drilling fluid, which can not effectively overcome the viscous force of drill cuttings (clay), which causes the cuttings to accumulate on the screen and quickly damage the screen.

Solution: 1 increase the vibration amplitude; 2 use the sprayed water to sift the screen and cuttings to reduce the viscosity of the drill cuttings, but this method is only suitable for occasions where water is allowed to be added; 3 adjust the screen angle of the sand outlet end downward It is good for the debris to be discharged by gravity, but it may lead to running the slurry; 4Replace the mesh of the screen or adjust the flow of the single sieve to ensure that the flow stop of the drilling fluid is close to the outlet of the screen, so that the drilling debris is lubricated in the drilling fluid. Smoothly discharged.

(2) Motor steering error When debugging the motor steering, the field operator based on the experience of the previous single-axis vibrating screen or linear screen, it is considered that as long as the cuttings go forward, this method is not suitable for the translational elliptical vibrating screen ( see picture 1). If the motor erroneously rotates inward, the throwing angle is also 45° forward, but the cuttings have a force to roll backwards. At this time, the cuttings move forward much more slowly, staying on the screen for a long time, or even The drill cuttings cannot be discharged.

Solution: 1 When the sieve box is running, press the stop button of the electric control box. At this time, the vibrating screen will slowly stop, observe the elliptical path formed by the small point on the side plate during the operation of the vibrating screen, and roll to the sand outlet. Correct steering; 2Remove the vibrator cover, check whether the apricot eccentric block rotates to the outside; 3Replace any 2 phase lines in the incoming power supply of the electric control box, sprinkle some sand on the screen surface, and the sand discharge speed is faster. One is the right direction.

(3) The screen and the screen frame are not tightly supported. The screen is not reliably contacted by the strip after the strip is worn; the screen is not properly tightened.

(4) Screen quality difference Screen generally has an upper sieve layer and a lower force layer, which is required to be closely adhered to each other. If the screen pre-tensioning process is poor, when the screen is under the force layer When tightened, the sieve layer is not tightened, and the throwing force of the drill cuttings is greatly reduced during work, and the drill cuttings cannot be screened and discharged.
