[Execution Description] Planned power-off refers to the power-off of power supply equipment, facility maintenance, and position adjustment. The work ticket and operation ticket system shall be implemented in accordance with the "Electric Safety Work Regulations for Power Plants and Substations Electrical Part" (GB 26860-2011).

Unplanned power transmission refers to the power transmission and shutdown of power supply equipment and lines due to temporary maintenance, position adjustment, addition and subtraction of cables, and power supply switching.

Accident blackout refers to the power outage of power supply equipment, facilities and lines in the event of an accident.

The power transmission at the time of the appointment means that the power transmission time is agreed in advance, and the power transmission without any contact procedure is stopped when the power is stopped.
