The new micro-digging uses the same upgraded chassis for better reliability and durability of components; the ramp-style track frame reduces soil retention and makes it easier to clean. 16C-1 Optional fixed or retractable chassis (width range: 980-1330mm). The upgraded guide wheel can effectively avoid the stall phenomenon caused by loose materials walking.

Rubber tracks with short pitches are standard, users can choose steel track. Upgraded retractable bulldozers are standard, and long arm version of bulldozers are available for greater job stability and front obstacle removal.

The 16C-1 and 19C-1 use the traditional upper frame design and the 18Z-1 uses the tailless upper frame design. Both service frames are easy to maintain. The tailless 18Z-1 is more suitable for the southern European market, where customers prefer compact devices.

Designed with an upgraded shipping anchorage point, it ensures that chains are not damaged during transport.

The newly designed boom stick uses four plates. The sticks are available in 950mm, 1100mm and 1344mm lengths and the boom length is 1800mm. The boom cylinder is mounted on top to avoid damage to the cylinder during operation. All three types of micro-digging are compatible with all the common accessories in the market. All boom lever pins have a 500-hour lubrication interval to reduce downtime.

The 16C-1, 18Z-1 and 19C-1 are equipped with a Perkins 12.2 kW diesel engine, which is a rear-mounted engine with convenient service and maintenance; engine nacelle and battery maintenance are easy to access and maintain.

The steel body plate provides protection for the equipment. The right-hand side door opens to maintain the hydraulic oil tank, the diesel fuel tank and the radiator, saving maintenance time.

The all-round 360-degree working vision and JCB's unique 2GO hydraulic isolation system make the JCB new micro-digging a safe device. Customers can also choose to wear seat belts without hydraulic system shutoff and green warning lights.

The 19C-1 also has an optional "Followme home" work light that illuminates the driver's cab when it leaves the cab until the driver reaches a safe distance.

The ROPS-compliant cab and convertible cab can provide up to 24% of internal space, giving the driver a more comfortable and spacious working environment. The 19C-1 integrates slewing control and auxiliary flow control into the right-hand lever, as well as an electric proportional controlled low-flow circuit.

Various dashboards in the cab are clear and easy to read. In addition, the 19C-1 also comes standard with key anti-theft and password management functions, with an optional one-button start function.
