Acquisition of Bidding Documents 5.1 Potential suppliers have downloaded the bidding documents from http://websites since August 22, 2013. If the supplier does not download the tender documents in time, the supplier shall be responsible for the consequences.

5.2 Within one hour before the submission deadline of the bidding documents, potential suppliers will pay RMB 500/package for the download of bidding documents in the service hall of the centralized bidding and tendering center of Xiangyang City (refundable after sale), and collect and pay the bills. The bid documents will not be accepted by the purchaser.
