On July 1, the 2011 National Registered Surveyor's Examination, jointly organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Transport, began to register. As the examination management agency, the Marine Inspection Bureau of Jiangsu Maritime Safety Administration is responsible for the qualification examination and examination organization of the registered surveyors of the four levels of Jiangsu, A, B, C and D.

The registered surveyor system is a professional admission system implemented by the state for professional technicians engaged in ship inspection work.
