A total investment of 75 million Const Meters will be assigned to Yongfeng Base

On November 1, 2010, Beijing Const Instruments Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Const) reached an agreement with Zhongguancun Yongfeng High-Tech Industrial Base (referred to as Yongfeng Base). Const commissioned Yongfeng Base to build 6,224 square meters of science and technology factory. The construction investment of the building is 75 million yuan. The planned completion date is July 31, 2012. The implementation of this project marks that Const's development has reached a new level.

Const has maintained a high growth momentum since its establishment. Const's current R&D, manufacturing and office space have limited the company's development. In the past two years, Const has been looking for suitable venues. After a comprehensive comparison, Const eventually chose Haidian District as its development base. Const started the project with strong support from the government, banks and other related departments of the Zhongguancun Park. The capital, which is 30% of the total investment, is allocated to Yongfeng Base.

Yongfeng Base is located in the northern part of Haidian District, Beijing. It is located in the “Two Axis, Two Belts, and Multiple Centers” Haidian Science and Technology Innovation Center in Beijing. It is the core of Zhongguancun Development Zone and is one of the key projects in the planning and development of Zhongguancun Science Park. An important platform for the transformation and industrialization of high-tech achievements in Zhongguancun. Yongfeng Industrial Base has a total area of ​​453 hectares and is the largest professional park in Zhongguancun Development Area.
