Wuchuan delivers the world's largest underwater floating body system

On June 25th, Sapinhoa-Lula NE BSR underwater buoys and deep sea anchors, which were manufactured by Wuchang Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Wu Ship”), were delivered to the world's third largest oil company, Petrobras. This product is the largest underwater riser-supported floating body system ever built in the world. It adopts the latest generation of concepts and technologies, and is the first subsea equipment order of subsea equipment giant Subsea 7 in China. Its successful delivery marks China's entry into the world's highest-end deep-sea offshore equipment manufacturers.
The four sets of floating bodies and 16 sets of anchors will serve the Sapinhoa and Lula NE two-salt oil fields in the Santos Basin, 300 km off the coast of Brazil, increasing oil field production from 257,000 barrels per day to 457,000 barrels per day. Total production increased by 40%.
Whether the oil pipeline riser in the subsea oil field can work normally, the biggest challenge is to overcome the fatigue problem of the riser. Whether it can effectively reduce the movement of the riser installed under the zone, thus greatly reducing the fatigue damage of the riser system in the deep sea oil field. The use of large floating body solutions is the most effective technology available to solve the world's problems. The underwater float is the world's largest underwater float that can support multiple types of risers at the same time. It will work 250 meters underwater, providing up to 11 rigid risers and 13 flexible stands for deep sea oil exploration. The support of the pipe, the length, width and height of the main body of the product reach 52 meters, 40 meters, 10 meters, and the total weight is more than 2,700 tons. Each floating body bears the burden of producing 100,000 barrels of oil per day. The scale and design concept of the product have reached the world's top level.
So far, the depth of the deep sea anchorage in the world has reached a maximum of 2200-2500 meters, and the deep sea anchor product of the project is at this level. The operation site will be located at the bottom of the water depth of 2250 meters, providing deep-water remote control robots. The operating platform is equipped with a total of 64 weights of 5 kg per cubic meter, which is more than three times the density of ordinary cement. This poses an unprecedented challenge to the construction difficulty of this extreme overweight concrete.
Underwater buoys and deep-sea anchors require continuous operation for 27 years under maintenance-free conditions. After installation on the seabed, all operations will be performed by underwater robots without any maintenance. Therefore, it has never been more difficult to control the welding, painting and precision control of the product. According to Chen Haiyong, the project leader and deputy general manager of Wuchuan Qingwu Company, the entire construction process was jointly approved and supervised by the Norwegian Classification Society, the French Classification Society and the German Lloyd's Register. At the same time, such a rigorous review by the three major classification societies is extremely rare in the entire shipbuilding and offshore engineering manufacturing industry.
From the perspective of technology and quality, the three major classification societies witnessed the miracle created by the martial art in the construction process: material tracking, even the smallest part, the part number and the segment number are consistent; the closing precision, 10 meters When the high pontoon is closed, the amount of misalignment is controlled to be less than 1 mm. Such fineness and precision are rare in the international high-end offshore industry.
The thermal spray aluminum technology used in the anti-corrosion treatment of this project is the first domestic thermal spray aluminum construction for large-area and complex structures, and its requirements are much higher than the international SSPC standard. For this training, Wushu has evaluated about 200 hot-spraying aluminum sprayers, and has trained a large number of special-type workers for China's offshore equipment manufacturing.
The success of the Pakistan Oil Project is a successful practice of the Chinese shipbuilding company to introduce the Singapore International Offshore Engineering Management Team to implement the offshore project management system, and achieved great achievements in all 6.2 million working hours without loss of work-related injuries. At the same time, the international oil and gas giants have seen the efforts of Chinese seafarers, the specialization of Chinese shipyard management, and the excellence of China's offshore construction technology. They have established a new image of “Made in China” in the international offshore industry and fully proved China to the international community. Strength.

Traffic And Transportation DFC system

Subway gate Subway seat High-speed train door are common traffic transportation tools. Their grinding processing at present are manual, the force imposing on the Grinder is not consistent, most are based on technician experience or technique. Our Force Control System can flexible control the force imposing on the grinder, quick response to the surface changing, and instant adjusting the force on the grinder.
