Sealing test
The product is assembled as shown in the figure below. The specimen is completely immersed in water at room temperature and the catheter is pressurized with air to 50 kPa for 15 minutes. If there is no continuous air bubble around the test piece, the phenomenon of plug shrinkage, etc., the product's tightness meets the requirements.
Axial tensile test
Install the product in the conduit and place a line in them. A load is applied to the cable shaft and the load N (D is the outside diameter of the pipe, in mm) lasts for 4 hours. During the test, the inside of the catheter was pressurized to 50 kPa. After the test results, all samples are required to pass the sealing test.
Bending test
Install the product in the conduit and place a line in them. During the test, the inside of the catheter was pressurized to 50 kPa. A bending force was applied at a position 10 times D (D is the outer diameter of the tubing) from the mouth of the catheter. The exposed tubing was bent at an angle of 45°, held and allowed to stand for 5 minutes. Repeat this operation in the opposite direction. After the test results, all samples are required to pass the sealing test.
Twist test
Install the product in the conduit and place a line in them. During the test, the inside of the catheter was pressurized to 50 kPa. A twist force N (maximum 50 N) was applied at a position 10 times D (D is the outer diameter of the tubing, a minimum distance of 250 mm) from the mouth of the catheter, held and allowed to stand for 5 minutes. Repeat this operation in the opposite direction. After the test results, all samples are required to pass the sealing test.
Vibration test
The product is mounted on a vibratory table and the pipeline is clamped at a position 10 times D (D is the outside diameter of the pipeline and a minimum distance of 250 mm) from the catheter mouth, and the sinusoidal fluctuation at the center point of the catheter is Y=6sin (20π+α) (ie, The amplitude is 6mm, the frequency is 10Hz, 0°≤α≤180°, and the duration is 240 hours. During the test, the inside of the catheter was pressurized to 50 kPa. After the test results, all samples are required to pass the sealing test.
Chemical resistance test
The product is installed in any section of a 150mm*600mm pipeline, and the entire coverage is soaked in a single solution. All the test pieces are required to pass the sealing test, and the material is not eroded, deformed or perforated after soaking.
Temperature cycling test
The product is installed at one end of a 150mm*600mm pipe, and the test piece is placed in an environment box with a bracket to ensure the free flow of air on its surface. Twenty temperature cycles were performed, each lasting 12 hours. The temperature changes are shown in Table 1 “Temperature Cycle Change Table”. During the test, the inside of the catheter was pressurized to 50 kPa. After the test results, all samples are required to pass the sealing test.

Heat test
Place the product in an air circulating oven and maintain the temperature at 60±2°C for 720 hours or 70±2°C for 120 hours. After the test results, the product was installed in the catheter and all samples were required to pass the sealing test.
Puncture resistance test
The inflatable bag was folded in half and pierced at a speed of 200 mm/min with a screwdriver (working part type A-1-5.5) at the overlapping part. Puncture force needs ≥100N.
Pressure test
Install the product into the appropriate piping and inflate to 300KPa. Within 15 minutes, increase to 450KPa, then every 15 minutes, increase 50KPa. The final rupture pressure should exceed 900 KPa.
