This results in an ineffective quality assurance of the inherent quality, because the foamed material has an insulating effect, but it can also be used as a binder, which can result in a poor adhesion, resulting in a poor insulation effect.

With continued development, the second phase of technology is significantly better than the previous one. The entire second refrigerated vehicle is a structure in which foamed glass steel is injected, and this structure greatly improves the previous problem. This design structure is not only used in this time, it will be used in the future third-generation refrigerated truck manufacturing companies, showing the superiority of this technology. Although this product has progressed a lot on the basis of the first stage product and greatly improved the heat preservation effect, there are still defects that the adhesion is not strong.

The final third stage is the use of a fully-enclosed polyurethane plate bonded to a glass steel structure. This is also the most complete of all designs. At the same time, this technology is used in the production of the next two generations of refrigerated trucks. Low light weight is its advantage, and good heat preservation is its biggest feature. The binder uses unsaturated polyester resin, plus a cushion, and rigid polyurethane foam is used as a heat-insulating material, successfully creating the concept of low thermal conductivity and high strength. Of course, there are many materials that use high-end, they jointly improve the refrigerated truck. The biggest drawback here is the large loss of polyurethane after cutting. Relatively speaking, the material cost is relatively high.

Snoworld plate ice machine has several features.

· Peeling in high speed and without heat. It is unnecessary to introduce hot gas from outside since the hot freon gas produced by plate ice machine itself is fed into evaporator. Within 90 seconds plate ice will fall down due to gravity.

· Special water circulation system. The raw water flows evenly on the surface of evaporator, and gathers into water tank through special water channel at the bottom of evaporator. Then water is pumped to water distributor in top of the evaporator and returns to surface of the evaporator to freeze. The special water circulation system makes surface of plate ice produced very smooth.

· Full automatic control improves refrigeration performance of compressor to the best condition, and the COP value improved. Energy-saving and high efficiency is realized.
